Post-graduate degree, including integrated PG degrees; 2. For Engineering/IT/CS — four-year graduate degree. Desirable/preferred (not a formal eligibility gate): Master's degree in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Polymer/Molecular Biology preferred; research experience in microneedle fabrication and cell culture handling encouraged. Contract initially up to 1 year, extendable up to 3 years (up to 5 in exceptional cases) subject to review; 36 months recorded as the stated tenure ceiling. Age limit 40.
